How to do a front handspring on air track?
Okay, so I know that it's a simple move, but I've only been on the air track once at gym club, and my coach said I was doing fly springs (a fly spring is where your feet take off together) so now I do one leg at a time and make them meet at the top like a handstand - what I'm meant to do (obviously...). But I can't land on my feet and finish the move... help!

- Don't think about making your legs come together at the top, that may be what is throwing you off. You are so focused on getting those legs together that you are doing a fly spring instead. First try to do a front handspring step out. It is easier and more natural and you don't have to worry about changing your legs from the one foot take off to the one foot landing. Once you are really comfortble with that you should be able to transition to the two foot landing. You probably are just over thinking it.
